The Training plan

Learn GTO poker from real solver maths

A daily plan, a course and drills built on equilibrium strategies computed by real solvers, not canned answers. Reviews rank your leaks by what they cost, and a table of bots lets you put it all together.

£10 a month or £100 a year. Includes everything in Member. Works on web and mobile.

GTO in plain words

What GTO actually means

GTO stands for game theory optimal. A GTO strategy is an equilibrium: a way of playing that an opponent can’t beat by changing how they play. You don’t need to memorise it. The point is to learn why the best ranges look the way they do, so your own decisions get sounder and other players’ mistakes stand out.

Inside the Training plan

One loop: today, learn, drill, play, review

Training is organised the way you improve. The plan tells you what to do, the course explains it, the drills make it automatic, the table tests it and the review shows what it cost.

Today

What to do now

  • A daily plan

Each day has a shape: charts, then math, then the solver drills, then hands at the table, then a review. Targets are modest on purpose, so you finish them.

  • A daily review

What today cost you, whether it was better or worse than usual, and what to do next. It tells you when a day is too small a sample to judge.

  • The AI coach’s note

A short daily note written by an AI model from your aggregated results only, never your hand histories. If it can’t run, you get a plain written summary instead.

Learn

The idea, in words

  • The course

Written lessons that build from foundations (position, ranges, the math you actually use) to tournament play, each linked to the drill that practises it.

  • Stage videos

A curated library of coaching videos sorted by tournament stage: early game, middle game, bubble and ICM, and final table. Each comes with our own notes.

Drill

Repeat it until it’s automatic

  • Preflop charts and quiz

Browse opening and defending ranges by stack depth and seat, then take a quiz that focuses on the boundary hands, the ones that change between neighbouring charts.

  • ICM push/fold

Shove or fold, call or fold, against a live ICM Nash solve for your exact stacks and payouts. See the full answer on 13×13 range grids for both players.

  • Postflop spots

Flop and turn decisions from spots solved range against range with CFR. You choose, then see how the solution plays every hand.

  • MTT preflop solver

Solve a preflop spot live: open, 3-bet, 4-bet or jam, at the stack depth and payouts you choose, in chip EV or ICM. Then drill it: answer first, and see what your choice cost.

  • Hand reading

Read an opponent’s range from the betting line, then see the exact range the solved strategy arrives at.

  • Math gym

Pot odds, break-even bluffs and the other sums you need at a live table, scored on speed and accuracy, plus an exact calculator for your own spots.

Play

Put it together in real hands

  • Eight bot personalities

A full table any time. Eight bots with their own styles, from tight and patient to loose and aggressive, at four levels from Beginner to Shark.

  • The coach panel

Turn the coach on for every decision: your chance of winning, the price you’re being offered, and a suggested action with the reason. Undo a move and try again.

Review

What it cost, and what to fix

  • Leak finder

Your mistakes ranked by what they cost, not how often you made them, with the direction to fix: calling too wide is a different fix from calling too tight.

  • Coach

Your leaks, the lessons and drills that target them, and whether each one is improving. It won’t call a leak until there are enough hands to tell.

  • ICM leverage map

Who at your table has to fold to a shove, how wide they can call, and how often everyone folds. Pressure as numbers you can act on.

  • Placement

A short starting assessment across the main preflop spots, so the coach has a baseline from day one.

  • Record

Everything you’ve drilled and played, in one place.

Straight talk

What the solvers cover, and what they don’t

Solver output is only useful if you know its limits, so the app tells you, and so do we.

Fair play

Training stays in training

The coach, the solvers and the AI note never appear at real tables. Training hands don’t count toward your crew, your points or the League.

Web and mobile

The whole Training section runs in the browser on a phone, tablet or computer, and it’s built into the Homeroom Poker apps that are on the way. Your record follows your account.
